Coir, or coconut fibre, is a natural fibre extracted from the outer husk of coconut and used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut.
This makes our doormats 100% eco-friendly and made from renewable resources. Our doormats are also packed and shipped in plant startch bio-resin mailing bags that break down in weeks. They are a great alternative to plastic and help you cut down on your plastic waste.
Crafted from Coir coconut fibres - natural strength and durability with stiff bristles to clean efficently.
Non slip PVC backing - traps water to protect carpets.
Easy to clean - Brush/beat away dirt and mud.
Range of designs available - to suit any space.
Once unpacked please allow 12 hours for the mat to completely level flat
Our doormats are only suitable for indoors or sheltered outdoors, they will not last if placed outside in bad weather.
If your mat gets wet DO NOT attempt to pick the mat up and hang to try, this may damage or split the matting.
Coir fibres shed slightly, this is completely natural - some brushing/hoovering may be required.
